Description

The Planted Seat Bracket is made with 3/16inch thick steel for superior strength. It is built to accept sliders from most major seat manufacturers like Bride, Cobra, Corbeau, Momo, OMP, Racetech, Recaro, Sparco, Status & more. Extra material is provided for direct seat or side mount applications where eliminating sliders is preferred. They are finished with a black powder coat and applications are available for most cars.

IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ:

Because the passenger side floor has a large “hump” in it and is very different than the driver side floor, and because there is a difference between the Automatic and Manual passenger floor, we have these six seat bracket options:

DRIVER LOW – Nissan 350Z AUTO/MANUAL

• The LOW Driver Seat Bracket is made to put the seat as low as possible without modifying the floor.

DRIVER TALL – Nissan 350Z AUTO/MANUAL

• The TALL Driver bracket is made to more closely match the height of the standard passenger brackets and will be about an inch taller then the LOW Driver bracket.

PASSENGER AUTO STANDARD – Nissan 350Z auto only

• The Standard Auto Passenger bracket will be about 2.5 inches taller then the LOW Driver bracket and about 1 inch Taller than the TALL Driver bracket. It will be positioned on top of the “hump” in the passenger floor, about the same distance front to back as either driver bracket.

PASSENGER AUTO LOW – Nissan 350Z auto only

• The LOW Auto Passenger bracket is as low as we could make it without modifying the floor. It will be about as low as the LOW Driver bracket but will be positioned more toward the rear of the car because it sits behind the “hump” in the transmission tunnel. This “hump” may interfere with the forward adjustment of seat sliders, preventing them from adjusting as far forward as they normally would.

PASSENGER MANUAL STANDARD – Nissan 350Z manual only

• The Standard Six Speed Passenger bracket will be about 2.5 inches taller then the LOW Driver bracket and about 1 inch Taller than the TALL Driver bracket. It will be positioned on top of the “hump” in the passenger floor, about the same distance front to back as either driver bracket.
